1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("these Terms") set out the conditions for using the website "MediaLeap" (https://media-leap.com/ , the "Site") operated by 株式会社メディアリープ ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Services offered by us, such as app development and operation support, are provided as stipulated in individual estimates, proposals, and contracts ("Individual Contracts"). If these Terms and an Individual Contract differ with respect to a service, the Individual Contract prevails for that service.

Users

All persons who browse or use the Site.

Content

Articles, text, images, figures, logos, designs, data and other materials published on the Site.

3. Contents of the Site

The Site publishes our corporate information, service overviews, blog articles and other content free of charge. No user account registration or fee is required for browsing. Some features, such as "likes", are provided using an anonymous ID stored in your browser (see the Privacy Policy for details).

You may freely link to the Site, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without prior notice or permission. However, we refuse links whose content defames us or the Site, causes misunderstanding, presents the Site as if it were part of another site (such as in-frame display), or that we otherwise judge to be inappropriate. URLs of the Site may change without notice.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and users who use the Site after a change are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
